• Prepare cost plans and budgets for projects, ensuring the successful completion of programs.

• Analyze proposals, compare them to tender budgets, and ensure compliant procurement procedures are completed.

• Manage contracts and the legal aspects of project costs, working closely with the Commercial team.

• Assess variations, claims, and payments to subcontractors.

• Conduct final accounts, ensuring the project stays within budget.

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on cost management and contractual control.

• Provide accurate and timely data to the Commercial teams and Directors.

• Third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.

• A minimum of 3/4 years of proven experience as an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor.

• Proven experience in delivering projects from pre-construction/tender/design stage to completion and Final Accounts.

• High level of Contract Administration and legal awareness, with competence in assessing Contract requirements.

• In-depth knowledge of contractual and commercial management.
