Austin Reddy & Company is seeking to recruit Quantity Surveyors at both Intermediate and Senior levels. Austin Reddy & Company is an ambitious Quantity Surveying practice with a highly skilled and experienced team. We have a successful track record of providing independent cost and procurement services since 1948, with wide ranging and complex projects completed in that period. We work with both public and private clients and have a large client base across both sectors. We are seeking candidate who will fit well within our expanding team. We offer competitive packages and excellent industry exposure to successful candidates, as well as APC guidance to non-chartered suitable candidates and other CPD opportunities.

• Hold a level 8 honours degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
• 3-5 years’ experience for the role as Intermediate Surveyor with 5-10 years’ experience for the role as Senior Surveyor (PQS/ Consultancy work experience preferred).
• Is registered as a Quantity Surveyor under the provisions of the Building Control Act 2007.
• Experience in delivering projects at pre and post-contract stages.
• Chartered status is advantageous.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft packages.
• Proficient in measurement software, i.e. CostX and Cubit.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability of working independently and as part of a team.
• A full driver’s license and use of own car.
