Reporting to the Senior Advisor, Quantity Surveyor, the successful candidate will become a vital part of a multidisciplinary team, providing professional and technical advice to ensure the development of a high quality and sustainable social housing programme.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have a qualification at Level 8 on the National Framework of Qualifications (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying and be eligible for inclusion on the register of Quantity Surveyors. In addition, the successful candidate will have significant practical experience in a senior technical position and have a high standard of technological training and experience.
