Job Requirements

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]About You:

You’ll be an effective self-motivated team player, with good communication and influencing skills both internally and externally.

You’ll be familiar with the construction and maintenance of a variety of buildings and ideally have worked with marine infrastructure such as pontoons, moorings and slipways. You will like variety, be capable of making balanced decisions on a range of information and will relish the challenge of resolving technical queries outside of your comfort zone.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking to develop their career, as it will offer you the opportunity to deal with all aspects of estates matters across the whole building life cycle. You’ll be able to handle time dependent demands, so that we can keep our lifesaving assets on service.

You’ll enjoy working on diverse projects with a mix of challenges and able to communicate at all levels. You’ll be happy with travel, occasional nights away. We expect that the role holder will be happy to periodically visit locations including other bases and the RNLI Support Centre in Poole, Dorset with the aim of creating a community of engineering expertise aware of and capable of addressing the RNLIs technical needs now and into the future.

As a Regional Estates Manager, you will have outstanding communication and influencing skills to bring people together behind a single plan. If you want to see how the Regional Estates Manager supports our organisation’s aim to reduce drowning, this could be the role for you! This post requires a valid driving licence.
