Job Description
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Valuation Office is the national body responsible for Ireland’s State Valuation Service. The core business of the organisation is the provision of accurate, up-to-date valuations of commercial and industrial properties to ratepayers and rating authorities, as required by the Valuation Acts 2001 to 2020.
The Rent Review Specialist, working both individually and/or as part of a team, will carry out rent reviews, and non-statutory valuations, as well as develop expertise in statutory (rating) valuations in accordance with legislative requirements for commercial and industrial properties in the State[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
Job Requirements
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Successful candidates will have:
• a qualification of at least Level 8 on the National Framework of Qualifications, preferably in a property or economics related discipline
• significant post qualification experience at a senior level in the area of commercial property rent reviews and
• experience of carrying out a diverse range of commercial property valuations
