Role Description:

Donohoe Town & Country are currently recruiting for a dynamic and progressive letting agent to head up and grow our residential lettings department.

The ideal candidate will be joining a busy sales and letting team in our Kilkenny city office, to take over an extensive portfolio of modern residential properties.

Candidate Requirements:

The Ideal Candidate should have the following:

  • Relevant property qualifications.
  • Current PSRA license.
  • Strong experience in residential lettings.
  • Full driving license essential.
  • Superb communications skills.
  • The ability and intention to grow the rental portfolio.
  • Be an excellent systems person with the ability to further systemise & simplify our business.
  • Strong administration, computer and organisation skills with strong attention to detail.

The Lettings Role Will Include But Not Limited To:

  • Generating and negotiating new residential listings.
  • Negotiate the letting process from property listing to tenant move in and check out.
  • Conduct viewings and inspections.
  • Managing all aspects of day to day rental management and organising repairs.
  • Ensure properties meet all rental standards.
  • Negotiate rent reviews and lease agreements.
  • General promotion, marketing & advertising.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is PSRA & RTB compliant.
  • Process rental roll and rental payments.
