• A Chartered Surveyor with SCSI/RICS, or close to being Chartered.
• A strong communicator with an eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
• An excellent time manager suited to working in a busy and sometimes pressurised environment.
• Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Power Point.
• The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and report writing skills essential.
• The successful candidate will have regard to the strong culture in Bannon where job satisfaction will be important for both employer and employee and where respect for both colleagues and clients are key.
• Full driving licence.
