Ennis is a thriving dynamic town, easily accessible to Shannon, limerick, Galway and the renowned Wild Atlantic Way We offer a range of services including valuations, sales, lettings, consultancy of residential and commercial property. To work as part of our dedicated team, we are currently in search of sales and marketing administrator to increase our brand awareness and grow sales for our property portfolio. You will have the opportunity to progress your career and contribute to the ongoing growth of the company.

• Responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring proactive communication with the client.
• The candidate will be responsible for content development and management of marketing campaigns, social media pages, online media, email advertising preparation of brochures and databases and editorial projects.
• Utilising all relevant technology systems and maintaining up to date records.
• Carry out research into the competitive landscape to ensure best marketing practices suggesting campaigns content marketing initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support if required

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a fast paced marketing and sales role
• Have ability to work on own initiative 3rd level qualification in marketing/ business or a related field.
• Have strong communication, customer service and organisational skills.
• Have access to a car and full driver’s licence.
