[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Kelly Walsh is a boutique agency operating mainly but not exclusively in the greater Dublin area. The main focus of the Company is within the Development Land, Commercial and New Homes markets.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to come and join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales and client reporting within specific new homes developments together with assisting the Directors in general commercial agency. With our continued growth of high-quality instructions within a busy, friendly and dynamic environment, we are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator. You will be required to take an active role in managing existing instructions reporting directly to the firm’s Directors.
This is a great opportunity for the successful individual to form part of an established and successful team. Applicants must have experience in residential sales, commercial agency experience is not essential. An attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience, to include a competitive salary and bonus based on performance.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
Job Requirements
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]• Current PSRA Licence
• Minimum of 3 year’s experience
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Own a car with a full clean drivers licence
