• Membership of a recognised professional body is preferable – SCSI/IPAV., Registered Valuer.

• Proven track record in handling property sales from initial engagement to fully concluding the sales process.

• Good attention to detail

• Strong work ethic and capable of working on own initiative in addition to working in a team environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong IT skills and familiarity with relevant property software packages.
