Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sales and rental processes, including valuations, viewings, negotiations, and closing transactions.
  • Conduct rental and sales appraisals, interim inspections, and final deposit inspections.
  • Advise clients on pricing, marketing strategies, and market trends to maximise results.
  • Aid in the management of a team of 3 professionals

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for landlords, vendors, purchasers, and tenants.
  • Resolve escalated queries professionally and promptly.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships to support portfolio and sales growth.

Compliance & Professional Standards

  • Ensure all sales and lettings activities comply with relevant property legislation and PSRA requirements.
  • Review and approve agreements and documentation where required by licence.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, best practice, and industry changes.

Team Support & Leadership

  • Support and mentor colleagues to uphold service standards and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to team performance, processes, and continuous improvement.

Systems & Administration

  • Maintain accurate records using property management and CRM systems (e.g., Letman, Blockman).
  • Manage arrears oversight, maintenance coordination, and tenancy lifecycle workflows.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, rental activity, occupancy levels, and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Valid PSRA Licence (B & C categories required).
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in sales, lettings, or property management.
  • Strong track record of closing sales and achieving rental KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
