Reporting to: Asset Manager

Contract: Permanent

Grade: Grade 4

Salary: €52,434 – €68,384 DOE

Probation: 6 months

Pension: Available at completion of Probation

Hours: 37.5 hrs per week over 5 days

Leave: 26 days

Travel: The post requires a valid driving licence and the use of a car for business purposes.
Mileage Allowance Operates. Class 1 insurance required.

Role Overview

This is a new and exciting role at Circle VHA. The Senior Asset & Estates Officer is a key role within the
Asset & Facilities team. The role is responsible for the delivery of property management services for
developments owned and operated by Circle Housing as well as overseeing the performance and
contract management functions within the Asset & Facilities team. The role also encompasses the
oversight and co-ordination of the compliance servicing for all Circle owned and managed premises,
ensuring that Circle VHA is compliant with all regulatory and legislative requirements relating to our
properties and schemes.
