We have an opening for a Senior Commercial Agent to join our growing commercial department. Exciting opportunity to join the commercial department as a senior negotiator. The Role:

• Ability to maintain excellent relationships with clients.

• Ability to develop new business.

• Senior negotiator for disposals, acquisitions, sales and lettings across various commercial classes.

• Demonstrate experience working with wide range of clients i.e. developers, receivers, banks and private investors.

• Commercial valuation experience required – red book or blue book standard.

• Competence in providing general property advice.

Requirements:

• Holding of PSRA License.

• Recognised professional body is preferable (SCSI/RICS).

• Proven track record in a commercial agency.

• Full clean driving license.

• Strong communication, customer service skills.

• Good report writing skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of commercial landlord and tenant laws.
