Job Description

REA Halnon McKenna have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Lettings Negotiator and Regional Manager in their Dublin 4 Office. This is a permanent position which will offer the candidate a great opportunity to grow their career and take on responsibilities in senior management.

The Role:

• Working as part of a team, delivering the highest standard of service to new and existing clients

• New client generation

• Strategic planning for business development and growth

• Maintain relationships with new and existing clients

• Managing online advertisement and marketing

• Communicate clearly, effectively, and timely with clients and colleagues

• Negotiating and agreeing offers on property lettings

• Represent the parties in negotiations

• Monitor the lettings process and liaise with third parties if required

• Promptly respond to queries via email and phone

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• 5-8 years experience in a residential property lettings

• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

• Ability to identify unfolding market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly

• Current PSRA licence (minimum C)

• Membership of SCSI/IPAV preferable

• Proven track record for client generation and retention

• Full clean drivers’ licence

• Ability to multitask

• Efficient problem solving

• Strong customer service with excellent phone and communication manner

• Ability to work under pressure

• Excellent collaborative communication with team members
