1. Holder of PSR Licence preferably categories A,B and C.
2. Membership of a recognised professional body is preferable.
3. Proven track record in handling property sales from initial engagement to fully concluding the sales process.
4. Excellent English, communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Confident outgoing personality with strong ability to engage with the various participants to the marketplace from vendors, buyers, investors and institutions etc.
6. Strong IT skills and familiarity with relevant property software packages.
7. Capable of working on own initiative in addition to working in a team environment.
