Need to Do:

• Cashflow forecasting.
• Tracking live costs in line with budget forecasts.
• Contract administration (FIDIC yellow book).
• Procurement & supply chain management.
• Regular commercial reporting.
• Payment applications through to final account.
• Complete commercial element of Tenders for power projects.
• Agree BoQs and variations with clients.
• Be POC for any client commercial queries.
• Support project teams commercially.

Need to Be:

• Strong communicator with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Must take ownership for tasks and responsibilities.
• Able to operate in a dynamic and fast paced organisation.
• Detailed orientated with proven organisational ability.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel when required.

• Valid work authorisation for Ireland
• Full Drivers License
• Qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful career history with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential, including Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of current construction legislation.
• Experience with FIDIC forms of Contract.

• Annual salary €75,000 – €90,000 depending on experience
