Under Project Ireland 2040, the Department of Education and the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science will receive approximately 8 billion capital investment over the period 2021-2025 to deliver high quality building projects, with a real focus on sustainability, for school and education communities across Ireland.

Reporting directly to a Technical Manager/Programme Manager/Principal Officer, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will advise on matters relating to procurement and cost control of capital investments and budgets, projects and work programmes over their inception, procurement and delivery.

These posts are located in Tullamore, Co. Offaly with hybrid working available.

• A qualification in Quantity Surveying at minimum level 8 on the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) or NARIC Ireland equivalent.
• Be included or eligible to be included on the Register of Quantity Surveyors established in accordance with Part 4 of the Building Control Act 2007 as administered by the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI).
• Gained Chartered Membership of the SCSI in Ireland or the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
