Cohalan Downing, one of the largest independent property advisory firms in Munster, is looking for a Senior Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad experience in the commercial property environment and be a qualified member of the SCSI or RICS and be a Registered Valuer. They should be highly pro-active, with a desire to provide the best advice and service to the clients of the firm. The new team member should have the ability to work effectively on their own initiative, be target driven and motivated by the delivery of quality work. An attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience. Immediate start available. Key Requirements

• MSCSI MRICS qualified
• Experience in the sale, letting and acquisition of all types of commercial property
• Experience in undertaking Red Book compliant valuations and reports
• A solid understanding of income driven investment valuations and development appraisals
• Excellent communication and reporting skills with great attention to detail
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Argus Enterprise and Developer
