We are looking to expand our growing Professional Services Team to deliver best in class strategic advice to our domestic and overseas institutional, business and private property investor clients.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

• Minimum of 4 years experience in rent review / lease renewal advisory and negotiations
• Excellent understanding of L&T legislation and the commercial property market
• Strong track record in the professional services area and established network of industry contacts
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proactive, ambitious, agile team-player
• Ability to see the bigger picture and identify opportunities to work with investment and agency colleagues
• Experienced Rent Review / Professional Services Surveyor
• BSc Property / Valuation Degree preferred
• SCSI / RICS qualified
