We are a Chartered Town Planning & Development Consultancy firm based in city centre Dublin whose portfolio consists of commercial, residential. social and leisure projects that provide an interesting diversity of project types.

This is a flexible role either part or full-time Senior Town Planner based in Dublin city centre depending on candidate.

As a Senior Town Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing planning projects, conducting research and analysis, preparing reports for all – residential, commercial and leisure projects, planning applications and management, of planning appeals and liaising with clients on various projects.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, or related field.
• Proven experience and track record in the planning industry in Ireland.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting writing skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity and up to date knowledge with the Irish planning legislation and sustainability practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Remote and flexible working structures available to the right candidate.
• Member of the IPI or RTPI accredited.
• 10 years or more experience in either private or public practice.
• Full driving license.
