• Identifying and assessing suitable sites for telecommunications infrastructure

• Travelling to sites across Ireland or within a defined region
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landowners and stakeholders
• Presenting and negotiating offer proposals
• Agreeing Heads of Terms
• Instructing and liaising with solicitors to progress and complete agreements
• Managing a portfolio of site prospects from initial contact through to legal completion

• A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE)

• A full, clean driving licence
• Prior experience in telecommunications site acquisition is not required
• Experience within a property environment, particularly sales or lettings, will be advantageous
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
• Willingness to travel as required
