Avison Young have the largest dedicated team of Surveyors based in Ireland working on property matters for all types of infrastructure projects. The project types range from road, bus corridors, pipelines and all types of renewable projects. Avison Young will consider Surveyors at all grades to join our team and while experience in working on infrastructure / CPO projects is preferable it is not essential, and we will provide the necessary training as required.

– Inspecting properties – Budgeting land/property costs for projects,
– Advising on negotiation strategies, – Engaging in negotiations acquisitions with/or for property owners
– Attending and presenting at Oral Hearings / Arbitrations
The role is extremely varied dealing with and negotiating on all property types throughout the Country.

– Proven previous experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential.
– Chartered Surveyor or training to be (or similar qualification)
– Full driving licence
– Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
