The surveyors’ responsibilities can range from:

• Inspecting properties
• Budgeting land/property costs for projects,
• Advising on negotiation strategies,
• Engaging in negotiations acquisitions with/or for property owners
• Attending and presenting at Oral Hearings / Arbitrations

The role is extremely varied dealing with and negotiating on all property types throughout the country.

• Proven previous experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential.
• Chartered Surveyor or training to be (or similar qualification)
• Full driving license
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
