Job Requirements:

· Ideally minimum 3 years experience in Agency or Professional Services.

· High level of market awareness and experience in a wide range of property activities would be desirable.

· Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a Team.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· BSc Property Degree preferred. SCSI / RICS qualified. Candidates on route to completing APC may be considered with suitable experience.

· Candidates should hold a current PSRA Licence and a Full Clean Driving Licence.
