Team Administrator (Property Management)

The Role
As a Senior Administrator within our Property Management Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic team in the management of commercial real estate properties, treasury functions and building consultancy. This position requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in administration and a keen interest in the real estate sector.
Key Deliverables
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the entire property management team. This includes preparing reports, managing correspondence, calendar management and maintaining property management files.
- Client Interaction: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing queries, directing correspondence and ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Document Management: Oversee the preparation, execution, and filing of important documents such as leases, contracts, and service agreements.
- Financial Administration: Assist with budget preparation, rent collections, and invoice processing.
- Property Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property portfolios, including tenant details, lease terms, and maintenance schedules.
- Compliance: Assist the team in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and support the team in daily operational activities.

Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field.
Experience / Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate sector
- Prior knowledge of real estate laws a distinct advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proven ability of being able to work independently and to show initiative as well as work effectively as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
