• The successful candidate will be expected to deliver a high standard of valuation reporting.
• Preparation of reports and valuation for clients, banks, developments and legal purposes.
• The candidate will need strong inter-personal skills, communication and organisational skills.
• Ensure speed and accuracy of information provided to management/client
• Carrying out Red Book / Blue Book valuations for loan security and regulatory purposes for both residential and commercial properties.
• Incorporate and enhance office processes and systems to improve efficiency and service.
• Business development and client relationship management.
• Undertake developmental activities to broaden experience and knowledge, including CPD.
• To develop expertise in the Valuation Sector.

• Knowledge of the property market
• Numerical reasoning ability and attention to detail
• Ability to prepare written reports compliant to all Redbook / Bluebook standards
• Strong work ethic
• Relevant Property Degree
• Member of IPAV with REV qualification or Chartered member of the SCSI/RICS
• PSRA Licence essential
• Must have own car and Full Driver’s Licence
