• Assist in preparing high-quality RICS Red Book valuation and advisory reports for banks, funds, developers, and corporate clients     
• Conduct inspections, market research, and comparable analysis
• Support senior colleagues on complex instruction   
• Build strong client relationships and develop commercial awareness
• Contribute to pitches, proposals, and team initiativesSenior up to Director-Level Surveyors
• Lead valuation instructions and manage key client relationships
• Oversee and review valuation reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Engage in Landlord & Tenant matters, including rent reviews and lease renewals  
• Contribute to the periodic review of team processes and procedures
• Mentor and support junior surveyors
• Provide expert advice on complex assets, portfolios, and development appraisals
• Contribute to shared knowledge within the team and the wider group
• Generate and win new business through networking and client engagement

• MRICS / MSCSI – VRS Registered Valuer
• Strong Technical Knowledge of valuation methodologies including Discounted Cash Flows.
• Knowledge of Argus Enterprise and Developer Valuation packages.
• Professional presentation with good customer service and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills & attention to detail is
• Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
