The SCSI Dispute Resolution Seminar takes place in-person on Thursday 13th February 2025 in our offices in 38 Merrion Square. Dispute resolution and how we approach it is ever changing, especially in our current climate, this half day seminar will offer delegates an insight into the profession.
We will focus on the commercial aspects of dispute resolution focusing on the importance of regulation, contract law, procurement and mediation.
The seminar will include a host of speakers from across the built environment and discuss topics and area’s of interest within the profession. Refreshments and lunch provided to all delegates.
