Join us online on the 29th May for a CPD on the disciplinary mechanisms under both the statutory and non-statutory rules of the SCSI. This CPD will be a consideration of the disciplinary functions of the Society of Chartered Surveyors under both the statutory and non-statutory regimes. Our speaker for this CPD will be James Meighan from Addleshaw Goddard (Ireland) LLP.

James Meighan is a Managing Associate in Addleshaw Goddard (Ireland) LLP. James practises in the area of professional regulatory law, with a particular focus on regulation of surveyors, doctors, nurses and midwives, amongst others. He acts for the SCSI and advises the Society on various aspects of their statutory and member based disciplinary procedures. James also has considerable experience in the area of general commercial litigation.
