Effectively handling Data Breaches

Join us on the 22nd November for a CPD on how to effectively handle data breaches.

So, your organisation has had a data breach, what do you do next and what factors need to be considered in deciding whether the breach needs to be notified to the Data Protection Commission and/or the data subjects?

The aim of this session is to help to clarify what controllers need to do if they have a data breach.

Speaker

Aisling Hennessy

Aisling holds an LLB,  an LLM in Employment Law and was admitted to the role of Solicitors in Ireland in 2005. She is currently studying for an MA in Teaching and Learning.
