Aisling Hurley is the founder of the digital marketing agency – thebusinessfairy.ie. The company provides services such as research, analysis, strategic consultancy, and training to a client list that includes the Italian pharma company Relife Menarini, British Airways, Laurence Llewelyn Bowen, Catherine Fulvio, HSS Hire, Crest Solutions, etc. The firm develops domestic and international strategies through the utilisation of a specific digital toolset and innovation frameworks. Previous to this she was the co-founder of specialist joinery firm, Teamwoodcraft.
Aisling has been the recipient of several business awards including an Ernst and Young nomination. She has worked with a range of business support organisations including IBEC, the SFA, Mentors Work, Young Social Innovators, DCU UStart, DCU Ryan Academy, ETB’s, LEO’s including Dublin City, and various Skillnets. She has lectured in a number of third level institutions, including DCU, Trinity College Tangent, UCD Innovation Academy and was a core team member of Advisory Ireland Business Mentors, part of the limited government approved OGP tender groups. She currently lectures on SETU’s MBA Executive Leadership programme in Sustainable Design Innovation.
