The Real Cost of Retrofitting Report is supported by AIB and will focus on the analysis of office block retrofit and viability.
The report aims to take the first steps in identifying crucial cost data and improving the understanding of the works required to achieve a more energy-efficient and decarbonised building stock by 2050, in line with revised EU legislation.
The data researched is therefore, is a vital step in understanding the financial realities of upgrading offices. This is a hybrid cpd and lunch will be provided for all in-person attendees.
