Tomás Bio
Tomás O’Leary is Managing Director of both MosArt and NetZeroBAU. He has been working in the sustainability arena for three decades and has focused his passion on Passive House for the past twenty years. He designed and lives in the first Certified Passive House in the English-speaking world and his firm are currently engaged in over 3 million square feet of Passive House projects across the world, including a 600-unit scheme for the LDA in Shanganagh Castle, Dun Laoghaire. Recently, Tomás has been getting more involved with MMC projects, including a 90 minute Certified Passive House assembly in Northern Ireland which is the topic of his presentation.
