John Tully is a senior lecturer in law in South East Technological University, a Barrister, Author of “Tort Law in Ireland” (Clarus Press) and co-author of “The Irish Legal System” (Clarus Press). He holds a Master of Law from University College Dublin and a Postgraduate Cert in Teaching and Learning from TU Dublin. John’s CPD lecture will explain legal matters relating to negligence in Ireland and how these can impact professionals.
