The first session in the Property 360 series will be reviewing the findings of the recently published SCSI Residential Property Market Report and discussing the outlook for 2024.
Speakers
John O’Sullivan is a director of Lisney Sotheby’s International Realty and has worked in the industry since 1995 specialising is the sale, acquisition, and letting of residential property and also development land. A member of the SCSI & RICS he is currently the SCSI Chair of the Practice & Policy Committee and a Past Chair of the SCSI Residential Practice Group. He regularly comments on the market, market trends and SCSI reports on behalf of the SCSI.
Chair
Gerard O’Toole has more than 25 year’s experience across the Construction and Property sectors having worked in the UK, USA and Ireland. A Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, he heads up professional services and acts for a broad range of clients across banking, construction, development and manufacturing. Past Chair of the Western Region of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and member of the SCSI Planning & Development Committee.
