Speaker:

Charles Mitchell FSCSI FRICS, Construction Technical Advisor, OGP

Charles is a quantity surveyor within excess of 20 years’ experience in the construction sector. Formally a member of academic staff in TUD (formally DIT). Charles is one of the government representatives to the ARM committee and is the SCSI Standard Setting Committee representative in the ICMS Coalition. Currently Charles is the Quantity Surveyor for the Construction Policy Unit of the Office of Government Procurement.
