This position presents an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to provide a meaningful role in the delivery of QS services on a wide range of interesting and challenging projects. A high level of attention to detail, organisational skills with the ability to make (incl. aiding the team to make) tight deadlines, good inter-personal / communication skills and relevant I.T. skills will be required. MLQ put great emphasis on building and maintaining strong Team and Client relationships. The successful candidate will need to be an active team player with the confidence to represent MLQ in a professional and friendly manner. The successful candidate should also be commercially aware, flexible and have ambition to progress within the organisation.

Kilkenny

It would be preferred if Candidates have: –

• BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying • SCSI RICS Chartered (preferred)
• Registered or eligible to be registered under the provisions of the Building Control Act 2007
• Relevant work experience (preferably in PQS practice)
• Experience of delivering construction projects under the RIAI and/or Public Works Contract
• Working knowledge of Buildsoft Cubit and/or Cost X (or similar)
• Full clean driving licence
