There have been a number of important changes to employment law in the last 12 months. This session aims to highlight these changes and explore what changes organisations might need to make to their practices and procedures as a result of the changes.

Aisling Hennessy
Aisling holds an LLB, an LLM in Employment Law and was admitted to the role of Solicitors in Ireland in 2005. She is currently studying for an MA in Teaching and Learning.
Aisling has worked in both private practice as a solicitor and in-house for a bank and an IT Security Company. Aisling now lectures on full-time programmes in the Carlow and Wexford campuses of the SETU. She predominately lectures in business law related subjects and on the Certificate in Data Protection.
