Join us online on the 19th March 2024 for a PQSL on Landlord and Tenant with a focus on the rent review process.
This PQSL will look at a typical rent review process, arbitration, key legislation, what to look out for in a lease and general commercial lease analysis. This PQSL will be presented by Ian McLoughlin of CBRE Ireland.
Ian McLoughlin has worked in Professional Services and has been working with CBRE for 9 years. Ian’s main focus is on Landlord and Tenant issues with an emphasis on rent reviews and lease renewals of commercial property. Commercial lease analysis is a key function of his role. Ian has in depth experience representing both landlords and tenants in lease consultancy matters and has also acted as an expert in both arbitration hearings and court hearings.
