Join us online on the 23rd January for a CPD on ‘What is an ‘Ethics Review’ and why is it important? Within this CPD, the speaker will explain how an Ethics Review is a 5 Stage process which evaluates the way in which an organisation, and its key personnel, understand and utilise the dynamic of ethics. Far too often organisations simply cherry-pick ethics terms from what others promote, without considering the need to delve into their own individual cultural identity. For this reason when building a meaningful Ethics ‘in’ Action mentality you must ensure your core values are seen to be unique and well managed.
