Join us on 12th November for a CPD on Affordable Purchase and Affordable Housing Act 2021. This CPD will be presented by Emer O’Callaghan from the Land Development Agency.

Emer O’Callaghan is a Planning Manager (Development Projects) at the Land Development Agency. As part of an intro Emer is a professional Town Planner (membership with IPI) with excess of 20 years of experience in urban and rural planning primarily within the local authority sector Louth and Meath County Council. Emer also worked as a project manager with the LGMA to work with Local Authorities and various stakeholders to assist with delivery of housing targets set out in ‘Housing For All’ before joining the Land Development Agency as a Planning Manager.
