Join us on the 11th December for a CPD on Bicultural Stress Masterclass.
Sandra Nolan is a lecturer in Equality, Diversity, Inclusion (EDI) at SETU. She is also completing PhD research around EDI in the Irish labour market. Her work is aimed at understanding how equality can be best achieved in Irish society by looking how policy and legal frameworks function to give everyone a chance to succeed.
Topics will include:
• Culture – far-reaching impacts in our workplaces and our society
• Bias & need to be self-aware
• Bicultural stress can be reduction through Inclusion
• Use of ERGs to help promote respectful workplaces
