Description
The SCSI Certificate in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy Development, Implementation and Evaluation is an online certificate course and will equip SCSI members with the skills to design and implement an EDI policy for the workplace/business. This course is in partnership with SETU Carlow.
This is a 12 week course beginning on 23rd January from 7pm to 10pm. Cost of the course is 75 euro.
Over the course the modules will examine the components and stages of effective EDI policy design, implementation, and ongoing analysis, introducing a number of key policy design principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
After the course is completed you will be able to design an effective EDI policy in a business and HRM sector which reflects equality law, good practice and effective workplace strategies.
