Join us on the 22nd October for a CPD on Legacy defects interim schemes. Over 170 interim measures applications have been submitted to the Legacy Defects Scheme since it started taking applications in December 2023. The government has assigned 4 of these projects as “Pathfinders” to guide the local authority fire services (LAFS), competent professionals and the Housing Agency how the scheme will function. Omega Surveying Services are the competent professional on 3 of these 4 projects. 2 of these 3 applications have received the letter of advice from the LAFS, with the other currently under review. This letter of advice is necessary to submit the Phase 4 application to the Housing Agency

Christopher Duffy & Kevin Hollingsworth of Omega Surveying Services will share their learning outcomes of the interaction with the LAFS and how the scheme may function in the future
