Sabrina Mackin FSCSI FRICS
Sabrina is a Chartered Building Surveyor with 22+ years of commercial real estate experience. Sabrina has lived and worked in Dublin, London, Manchester, Glasgow, and Belfast.
Sabrina’s key areas of experience are in leading and delivering Technical Due Diligence (TDD) including portfolio acquisitions, disposals, and re-financing.
Sabrina also has specialist experience in Development Monitoring, including for Lenders, Investors and Operators.
Sabrina is Chair of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) Building Surveying Professional Group and a Fellow of the SCSI and RICS.
Oliver Held MSCSI MRICS
A Registered and Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience. Oliver coordinates the Building Consultancy Team in JLL. Oliver’s primary role is the oversight and provision of Building Surveying services across all types of commercial property for Tenants, Developers, Owner-Occupiers and Funding Institutions. His particular areas of expertise include providing TDD advice, dilapidations and project management.
