Claiming for changes to the Works Requirements can very often be a source of confrontation on construction projects. This talk seeks to provide awareness on how best to define the Works Requirements, what to do when claiming changes to the Works Requirements and how these changes should be valued. The Employers Representatives determination of these changes is also considered as well as the administration of Employer claims under the contract.
This talk is mainly on the Public Works Form of Contract, but the RIAI form is also considered.
